Biography

I work with people who want to strengthen, repair, or reimagine their relationships. Many come to me when communication has broken down, intimacy feels distant, or trust has been shaken. My role is to create a safe and supportive space where difficult conversations can be held and meaningful change can begin.

I also run intensive retreats for relationships in immediate crisis, offering the time and focus needed to step away from daily pressures and work more deeply on connection and repair.

My practice affirms and celebrates the diversity of relationships. I have particular expertise in supporting people exploring or living in polyamorous, open, and consensual non-monogamies relationship structures, helping partners navigate questions of trust, intimacy, jealousy, and boundaries in ways that align with their values.

I am an accredited member of the BACP, registered with COSRT, and a graduate member of the BPS. I also supervise other psychotherapists and am completing a PhD in Counselling Psychology. My clinical work is grounded in contemporary relational approaches and enriched by psychoanalytic traditions, drawing on Freud, Klein, Bion, Winnicott, and Bowlby.
