| Biography | Seeking, being in, or trying to leave different relationships is often some of the most daunting experiences of anyone’s life. I can help you approach relationship anxieties and work through sexual function issues at a pace that works for you. I am currently offering sessions online, via Zoom, and I offer a free 20-minute introductory call for all new clients. I currently have some limited weekly individual and fortnightly relationship therapy slots available for starting in June or July 2026. Book now via my website here
I am a pluralist psychosexual and relationship therapist, which means I believe that no one therapeutic approach can resolve all client presentations and that different people are likely to want, and benefit from, different interventions in therapy. This approach also provides an opportunity to explore presenting problems from a biological, sociological and psychological perspective, as there is often overlap between these when it comes to sexual function. Discovering new perspectives and reflecting on your lived experience to date can be a healing and invigorating experience – particularly when it comes to sex and relationships. With this in mind, my approach is holistic; I prioritise developing a therapeutic connection with clients to build trust and a supportive and safe environment for clients to thrive, not just survive. Read more about my approach here I hold a postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Relationship Therapy with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS). I provide affirming, culturally competent psychosexual therapy that celebrates and supports a wide range of clients, including the LGBTQIA+ community, honouring each individual’s unique identity, relationship structure and sexual expression. My practice is intentionally adapted to welcome neurodivergent and disabled clients, with a flexible, personalised approach that ensures therapy is accessible and comfortable for each individual’s specific needs and preferences. I have a strong commitment to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice within my work and work within appropriate ethical boundaries. Prior to qualifying, I worked in events management for 5 years and for a small arts and cultural charity for 6 years. I understand from first-hand experience the challenges of working in high-pressure environments and the effects of career strain and burnout when trying to balance work and life.
Early in my therapy career, I worked for therapy businesses like the Awareness Centre and for an NHS Sexual Health clinic in South West London before moving into private practice. Most recently, I started a new position setting up and delivering a new Psychosexual Counselling service at a leading sexual health charity in London.
