Thank you for visiting my page.

I’m sure by now you have read many profiles of therapists and counsellors, aiming to select two or three people who appear to be  a good  fit for you: when you have decided that you need professional support this can be a daunting and confusing  task  so I’ll keep this brief:

I am a neurodiverse CIS Bi sex positive woman of colour. I trained as a relationship therapist with Relate, thus rigorously trained to work with individuals and people in intimate partnerships of two, three or more, who want to resolve the relational difficulties they are facing, whether these are of a traditional or more contemporary nature, such as deciding to open up your relationship or navigating multi-partnerships. I describe my practice as pluralist.

I specialise in working with people from ethnic minorities, LGBT+, Trans and neurodiverse  communities. I  also work a lot with people in international/intercultural relationships.

I am a Psychosexual Therapist in training due to qualify later this year. I am also undertaking training in working with people with compulsive sexual behaviour.

I don’t have any hard or fast rules about which modality I work in, because as my client, you will be my focus; I will work with you in the way that best meets your needs. Having said that, I love being creative, so if you’re up for it, we can use your creativity as part of your therapeutic journey. I will work with you to help you rediscover your story of hope and joy.
