Therapists Profile
| Psychosexual Therapy Qualifications | Diploma in Clinical Sexology, Psychosexual Therapy and Relationship Therapy (Level 7) Contemporary Institute of Clinical SexologyFoundation Certificate Course in Counselling Skills & Practice (Level 5) Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology I came to this work through fifteen years in Creative Health, designing workshops and group support, much of it alongside NHS services. Creating spaces for people to explore wellbeing together. |
| Biography | Most of my clients arrive with something they’ve never had space to explore — a sexual difficulty, a shift in desire, a stuck relationship, or a curiosity to follow. Some navigate sex and intimacy alongside illness, medical treatment, neurodivergence or changes in the body — their own or a partner’s. Life changes like becoming a parent, ageing or loss can quietly reshape desire, and it’s rarely something we get to talk about. This is tender work, and invigorating too — I bring care, curiosity and warmth, and meet you where you are. |
| Types of Therapy Used | Pluralism, Psychosexual, Creative, Somatic, Relationship therapy |
| Issues Dealt With | Themes I often work with include desire differences, arousal and orgasm, libido changes, pain during sex and vaginismus, erection and ejaculation concerns, menopause, fertility and becoming parents, and rebuilding trust. |
| Type of Client | I work with all adults (18+); individuals, couples and polycules in an affirming, anti-oppressive way, and I take responsibility for my own learning rather than expecting you to. |
