| Biography | Welcome to Brilliant Green Therapy, my therapy practice which takes its name and inspiration from the brilliant green dragonfly. It is a powerful and timeless symbol of transformation, of healing old wounds, a time of awakening, change and self-realisation. The decision to engage in therapy is one such time. I am a sex and relationship therapist, counsellor, supervisor, hypnotherapist, play therapist and university lecturer in counselling at the University of South Wales. I have been a practitioner manager of a number of counselling services across South Wales. I have worked in the counselling and therapeutic profession for over 25 years with experience in the private, statutory and voluntary sectors. My predominant areas of experience include working with attachment and loss, trauma, childhood sexual abuse, intimacy and relationship issues, compulsive pornography use, CPTSD and DIDS. I offer face to face and online sessions.
