| Biography | At the heart of my work is a strong commitment to supporting individuals and couples through challenges related to intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. I strive to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment, where difficult or sensitive topics can be talked about openly and at your own pace. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and able to be yourself, as together we explore what may be impacting your wellbeing, relationships, and quality of life. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, particularly psychosexual and relationship therapy, and I am passionate about helping to destigmatise sex and challenge the taboos that can prevent people from seeking support. I work with a wide range of concerns, including vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, rapid ejaculation, low desire or desire discrepancy, sexual exploration, sexual trauma, sexual abuse, sexual fantasy, and infidelity, among others. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt my way of working to suit your individual needs, goals, and pace. |
