Biography

I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, intimacy problems, or sexual behaviours that feel difficult to manage. Sessions take place online and focus on creating space to talk openly about concerns that may not have been shared before.

Relate-trained and a qualified psychosexual therapist, I have over 20 years’ experience working online with individuals and couples across the UK and internationally.

Much of the work centres on the overlap between relationship strain, intimacy difficulties, and sexual behaviours that have become a source of distress. People often arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how things reached this point. This may include concerns about porn use, difficulties with trust or closeness, or a growing sense of distance within a relationship.

Sex and intimacy can be hard to talk about, even with a partner. Shame, embarrassment, or fear of judgement are common, and can make things feel isolating. My role is to offer a space where these conversations can happen openly and without pressure, using clear and straightforward language.

The work is collaborative, helping clients understand the patterns they find themselves in and what those patterns may have been ways of coping over time. From there, we think together about what needs to adjust and how to move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

All sessions are offered online, in a secure and confidential setting. Many clients find this easier to fit around work, family life, or living in different locations.

A free 15-minute introductory call is available. This isn’t therapy, but a chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
