My name is Dan & I offer individual & partner therapy from my practice rooms in Bricket Wood, St. Albans as well online & telephone counselling.

My aim is to provide the right therapy for your specific needs in a safe space where you can explore without judgement or prejudice. My practice is pluralistic which means I adapt our sessions to best suit you, & utilise a combination of philosophies including humanistic, CBT, psychodynamic and existentialism to help you achieve your therapy goals.

I run a sex positive practice, support people from many backgrounds & cultures, including GSRD (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity). I work with people of all genders and sexualities as well as kink, BDSM and polyamory.
