| Biography | Hello, I’m Christine, a Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist working with individuals and couples. I have a deep-rooted interest in how we connect as human beings and how those connections shape our emotional, relational, and sexual wellbeing.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, and intimacy-related issues, and I understand how vital it is to feel seen, heard, and accepted, particularly when exploring sensitive or complex psychosexual issues. I offer a non-judgemental and confidential space where clients can speak openly and feel supported as they explore understanding, resolution, or the possibility of change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred, and is paced to suit your individual needs. I support clients in exploring the patterns, beliefs, and emotional processes that may be impacting their relationships, sexual functioning, or sense of self, while also encouraging personal growth, emotional resilience, and healthier relational connections. Where appropriate, I work safely and effectively with clients who are managing the impact of trauma, including relational, sexual, or situational trauma.
I am passionate about my work and committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring that the therapy I offer is ethical, evidence-based, and up to date. I offer a free 30-minute initial phone or Zoom consultation for new clients, providing an opportunity to ask questions and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
