Biography

Welcome to Sex and Relationship Therapy That Meets You Where You Are. I am an Accredited Sex and Relationship Therapist (Dip), specialising in supporting individuals and couples navigating sexual difficulties, intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges.

My approach is integrative, compassionate, and judgement-free, shaped around your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all way of working. I work within the professional and ethical frameworks of COSRT and UKCP. I am fully insured to work with clients worldwide excluding Canada and the USA.

Alongside my private practice, I have over 20 years of experience in Psychology (BSc, MSc), and currently teach Sexology and Psychology on BSc, MSc and PGDip programmes at a London-based University. My academic work and expertise in sex and relationships have led to regular media contributions with features in publications such as The Conversation, The Independent, Business Insider, Cosmopolitan and Gay Times, among others.
