| Biography | I offer a warm and welcoming space to explore sex and relationship issues working online. This is a place where you can explore what you need and want. I hope to be able to give support to whatever issues you are bringing in so that you can open up and feel renewed confidence. I welcome everyone no matter what gender, orientation, size, class, race. ethnicity or ability. I specialise in helping couples reconnect emotionally and sexually using IFIO, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, RLT Bridging by Hedy Schleifer, and Sex Therapy. I also help individuals build sexual confidence and find partners using IFS and Deep Brain Reorienting. I also run workshops on communication and dating. I am an Accredited member of the COSRT media team and regularly promote Sex Therapy in the press and media. |
