Deciding to find some support with a problem is the first step towards change. I have been working with relationship and sexual issues for more than 20 years, and I find that the initial appointment with the Client(s) is very important. For the Client it is a place to put the problem into words and talk about how it affects them, perhaps for the first time. For me it is a time to listen, and check that I have understood, and to ask further questions that may help us to understand more.
