Benjamin Davis

I’m a psychosexual and relationship therapist as well as a GP specialising in sexual medicine and help a wide range of people with sexual and relationship difficulties. I am pluralistic, bringing together different approaches and tailor things to your current experience. I’m passionate about creating safe spaces for people to explore their sexual and relationship experiences, finding a way forward which connects you with your sexual and erotic self as well as potentially any partner.

I am one of only a handful of clinicians internationally with both a medical and psychotherapeutic training in sexual difficulties. I therefore blend medical assessment, investigation and treatment with therapeutic approaches, striving to balance appropriate medical intervention with holistic care. I’ve previously worked in specialist psychosexual services at Homerton Healthcare in east London and Controlling Chemsex, as well as being a GP.

I sit on the committee of the British Society of Sexual Medicine and am an active member of the both the British and European Societies of Sexual Medicine and regularly present at conferences both nationally and internationally.

I am registered with both the General Medical Council and the College of Sex and Relationship Therapy and hold full indemnity for both medical and psychotherapeutic practice.
