Relational Experience
Holding a Masters Degree in Relationship Therapy (University of Hull), I help couples and individuals untangle the complexities of how we connect, why we disconnect, and how to rebuild.

Trauma Resolution
As an Accredited EMDR Consultant, I work with the deep-seated “glitches” in our processing—helping to resolve the trauma that often underpins relationship and intimacy blocks.

Intimacy & Psychosexual Health
I am currently a Psychosexual Therapist in Training (Qualifying 2028). I bring a specialised, contemporary lens to the most private parts of our lives, integrating clinical sexology with relationship depth.

I balance my week between clinical work and supporting the professional growth of other therapists. As an EMDR Association UK Consultant and BPS Accredited Supervisor, I provide a space for Relational Supervision, collaborative inquiry into your caseload. I help you find your own “Beginner’s Mind” so you can work with more freedom and less shame.

Grounded in the North East, Working Europe-wide
Based in a coastal community near Newcastle upon Tyne and serving Jesmond and Tynemouth, I offer the flexibility of in-person sessions alongside online and email counselling for those with complex schedules.
