Hello, I am a qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist, working with individuals and with couples, and I offer counselling services both online and by phone.  I work with a broad range of relationship and sexual issues including communication problems, affairs, sexual dysfunction, sex addiction, low desire, sexual pain, issues around gender identity and sexuality, the impact of disabilities, among others.

I also work with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, anger, bereavement, self-harm, abuse, low self-esteem, low confidence, and the impact all of these can have on the individual and on coupled or multiple relationships.

I have personal and professional experience of autism, PDA, ADHD, and learning difficulties, and I welcome neurodivergent clients and those with disabilities.

I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to share, explore, reflect and come to understand what’s happening for you at this time in your life. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexualities and genders.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), of COSRT (the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists) and of ATSAC (Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity).
