 Psychosexual & Relationship Psychotherapist

I am an experienced and compassionate psychotherapist based in Ireland, specialising in psychosexual therapy and issues relating to intimacy, sexuality, and relationships. I work with individuals and couples to address a wide range of concerns, including sexual difficulties, patterns in relationships, and the emotional impact of trauma. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore sensitive topics and work towards healing and personal growth.

I obtained a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College, validated by Middlesex University. I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). In addition to my core psychotherapy qualifications, I have completed specialist training in psychosexual studies with LDPRT (London diploma of psychosexual and relationship psychotherapy), sexual violence and trauma support, I have also completed a postgraduate diploma in child and adolescent play therapy from the Children’s Therapy Centre.

My professional experience spans a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas, including adolescent mental health, sexuality, bereavement and trauma. While my expertise is diverse, my particular passion lies in psychosexual therapy, where I am dedicated to supporting clients in enhancing intimacy, resolving difficulties, and fostering healthier, more connected relationships.
