One to one, couple or group therapy sessions can be supportive if you are experiencing relationship difficulties which are causing distress. If you are feeling at a loss then therapy sessions may help to identify the underlying reasons for the feelings, alter the behaviour patterns they produce and provide strategies for coping for them. Therapy is a two way process and is based on mutual trust between client and therapist. We will discuss, negotiate and agree on a programme of planned therapeutic interventions at our initial assessment session.
