I believe we are all individuals with our own set of life experiences, backgrounds, skills and problems. To address these, I offer a unique set of qualifications and experience and tailor my therapy to suit each persons or couples individual needs.

I have a multi discipline approach, which I combine with my psychotherapy or counselling.
As well as Psychosexual Therapy, this can include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), PIT (Post-Induction Therapy), Hypnosis, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and Guided Meditation.

I first qualified in 1981 and have been in private practice since 1990. I have in excess of 55,000 face-to-face practice hours.

My theoretical background is mainly Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I also apply the principles of Analytical Psychology and Humanistic Psychology.
