I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with over 15 years experience working in NHS Sexual Health Services, Service Leadership, and with Therapy Clients (both individuals and couples). Starting Therapy can feel intimidating, particularly if this is your first time, but I am committed to ensuring the process is warm, open and, whilst at times it may be challenging (and indeed, that is healthy) my therapeutic practice strives to enable you to reach your goals.

I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach in Therapy, I work holistically, exploring the Biological, Sociological and Psychological perspectives of your presenting issue(s) and will formulate a therapeutic treatment plan to help achieve your desired outcomes. I regularly attend a wide variety of training and teaching sessions, and research the latest developments in the field, to ensure I am consistently evolving my practice.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation, where I invite you to discuss with me your reasons for seeking Therapy at this time, and to ask me any questions about the process. We can then decide the next steps in terms of days / time.
