Biography

I am a Clinical Psychosexual and Intimate Partner Relationship Therapist with experience supporting individuals and couples in navigating challenges within their intimate lives. My approach is pluralistic and integrative, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs while fostering a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment.

I am passionate about opening up conversations around pleasure, challenging taboos, and fostering a more inclusive and empowering dialogue. I believe sexuality is a vital aspect of self-expression, and I work to help clients move past shame and stigma to embrace their authentic selves.

Grounded in a contemporary biopsychosocial framework, my practice considers the whole person, integrating physical, emotional, and relational aspects of well-being. My approach is trauma-informed and shame-informed, focusing on building confidence and empowering clients to take ownership of their autonomy.

I work with a wide range of psychosexual and relational challenges, including:

  • Sexual desire issues (lower or higher than desired).
  • Erectile difficulties (erectile dysfunction).
  • Premature or delayed ejaculation.
  • Inability to orgasm (anorgasmia).
  • Painful sex or penetrative challenges, such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, or dyspareunia.
  • Feeling detached from sensation or pleasure.
  • Fear of sex or intimacy.
  • Attachment wounds and relational difficulties.
  • Low self-esteem and sexual confidence.
  • Sexual compulsive behaviours.
  • Gender and sexuality exploration.
  • Desire discrepancies in relationships.
  • Reparation after infidelity or navigating non-monogamy.
  • Relationship endings, ethical non-monogamy, and polyamory.

My practice is inclusive, sensitive to diversity and intersectionality, and informed by awareness of cultural, religious, and neurodiverse experiences. I have professional experience in both NHS and private practice settings and specialise in helping clients address sexual and relational difficulties, build deeper connections, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

With a strong foundation in clinical sexology, neuroscience, and evidence-based therapeutic methods, I am committed to fostering intimacy and growth in every client I work with.
