| Biography | Working to change the distress of disconnection and distance into meaningful, close relationships for those struggling with relationship and sexual difficulties (including problematic porn use and other compulsive sexual behaviours). I am a accredited with COSRT as a relationship and psychosexual counsellor and I have over 15 years experience, working with Relate and IAPT service before moving to Private Practice. I offer a variety of therapy approaches and have recently trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and I am a member of British Emotionally Focused Therapy (BEFT). I am a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC) I offer supervision in the areas that I offer counselling for, I am a member of COSRT supervisor register and I am working towards accreditation.
