This category is for experienced therapists meeting advanced requirements around training, skills and knowledge. Accreditation shows you meet the highest standards and competence related to using the modalities of Psychosexual and Relationship Therapies. This level of membership indicates seniority and is sought after by service users, employers and fellow professionals as a sign of quality.

- Use of the AccCOSRT (Accredited Member of COSRT) designatory letters.
- An annual Accreditation certificate plus personalised logo showing membership level and Accreditation number.
- The opportunity to register as a specialised supervisor.
- Access to accredited EMDR training.
- The option to register for listing on Counselling Directory.
Key Eligibility
Applicants wishing to become Accredited must show they have:
- Completed specialist training with at least 450 hours Guided Learning including 250 hours on Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy or Relationship Therapy.
- Completed 450 hours supervised practice (reduced for certain groups).
- Been a COSRT Registered Member for at least one year.
- Been in practice for three years after qualification.
- Sufficient insurance and supervision in place.
Cost
Annual membership is £210 per year running from 1st January to 31st December.
A reduced fee of £168 is available if applicants supply proof they are currently in receipt of income-related benefits. If you join mid-year, membership will be pro-rated for your first year. Monthly installments are available for UK bank account holders.
If you are eligible to be on both of COSRT’s Registers and apply to have dual registration, you will only pay one fee.
