Rebecca works across COSRT’s three main work programmes covering standards, training and operations. Her focus is on supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of key organisational activities in these areas.

Rebecca is a registered Psychotherapist, as well as a registered Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. She trained in the United States, earning a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in New York. During her training, Rebecca collaborated on several research projects, furthering the development of literature on health inequities and maternal mental health.
Prior to this, Rebecca held operational and leadership roles in both the education and technology sectors, where she gained extensive experience in organisational management, programme delivery, and strategic operations.
