COSRT is collaborating with leading insurers and legal experts to provide a high quality event covering complaints made against therapists (25th October). Across the day participants will explore and learn more about a range of critical issues including how to work to avoid complaints, what to do when a complaint is made against you, how COSRT procedures operate, and how the law covers complaints.
