COSRT members are reminded that our AGM will take place online on Thursday 15th September at 5.30pm. During the meeting, there will be an election for two new trustees, for which there are three candidates. The Annual Report and Accounts for 2021 will also be presented to the meeting, providing an opportunity to find out more about COSRT’s activities in 2021.
Members wishing to attend should register by emailing info@cosrt.org.uk before 5pm on Wednesday 14th September with their full name, date of birth, membership number and email address. Registering to attend will speed up the process of admitting members to the online meeting so please do register in advance even if you are not sure if you will be able to attend.
Members who are unable to attend can register their votes by completing the proxy voting form and emailing it to info@cosrt.org.uk by 5pm on Tuesday 13th September.
The AGM calling notice, Annual Report and associated documents were distributed to members via email on 19th August. Members can request copies of the proxy voting form or other documents by emailing info@cosrt.org.uk .
