COSRT is vigorously opposed to the practice of Conversion Therapy in the UK and around the world. Our organisation is a proud signatory of the Memorandum of Understanding against Conversion Therapy. And we are privileged to sit within the strong coalition of diverse organisations that underpins and drives that valuable work.
We call on all eligible organisations to actively oppose Conversion Therapy by joining the Coalition. We call on all organisations to publicly declare their support for the Memorandum in its entirety. We call on all individual practitioners to explicitly reject the practice of Conversion Therapy. And we call on Government to avoid delay and rapidly move forward with legislation to ban Conversion Therapy including gender identity.
